How to Measure Your Dog’s Collar Size
- Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string.
- Wrap it gently around the base of your dog’s neck, just above the shoulders.
- Ensure the tape or string is snug but not tight.
- Apply the “two-finger rule” — you should be able to fit two fingers between the tape and your dog’s neck.
- If using string, mark where it meets and measure the length with a ruler.
- Record the measurement and round up slightly for comfort.
